How will my
customers know that I am a ReliableMerchant? |
|
|

|
All members of the ReliableMerchants network are allowed to display a graphic
reliability seal in their auctions. Therefore, when potential customers see the
reliability seal in your auctions they will know that you are a certified
member of the ReliableMerchants network and will be more likely to bid. In
addition, when a customer clicks on a reliability seal in your auction, he or
she will be directed to a customized web-page that certifies your membership
and discusses your products.

How does
ReliableMerchants prevent fraud or misuse of the reliability seal? |
|
 |
To prevent fraudulent use of the reliability seal ReliableMerchants ensures
that all reliability seals are linked to member web-pages on our web-site.
Therefore, if a non-member lists the reliability seal in his or her auction a
message noting that the person is not registered with ReliableMerchants will
display. This way, verifying whether a given auctioneer is registered with
ReliableMerchants becomes an easy task for anyone!
